You can see many of them choosing the disbelievers as friends, what wretched are they earning ahead for themselves!? Lord Allah’s Anger is upon them, they will abide in the punishment forever.
During Messenger's period, the Jews were selecting the hypocrites as their helpers and friends instead of believers. But today Jews or Christians are not reading these verses. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. They have disintegrated into different groups. They are thinking that manpower and wealth are the criteria of Truth as explained in verse 5: 52. The Fujjar are the enemies of the Lord, Messengers, Prophets, and believers as explained in verse 2: 36. The Trust Adhikr is revealed to punish the hypocritical men and women, their followers Mushrik men and women as told in verses 33: 72-73. It is told in verses 47: 25-28: "Indeed, the Fujjar who turn back from Adhikr after It had come to them, Satan enticed them and gave prolonged false hope for them; that is because they said to those who disliked what Lord has sent down that they will obey them. Lord knows what they conceal. Then how will it be when the Angels take them in death, striking their faces and their backs? That is because they followed what angered by Lord and disliked His pleasure, so He rendered worthless their deeds". The Fujjar are earning Hell as a penalty for their aimless and heedless deeds in this world as explained in verse 2: 286.
